When will I receive my order

We hand craft and curate our boxes in our studion,Monday to Friday. We aim to have boxes made and posted in 3 wokring days, 1st class. We then allow 1-3 days for delivery

Can I add a message to my order

Yes! You can leave your personalised message in the gift box before checkout and we will then print it on a card and place it inside your gift box.

How much does shipping cost?

Are shipping to the UK is free! No matter how many boxes you buy. Sent 1st class, which usually arrives within 3 workingdays. Delivery outside the UK is £18.95, tracked through Royal Mail

I have not received my item?

Shipping through royal mail is usually very reliable,but if for some reason your gift box has still not arrived, please get in touch by email kraft52club@gmail.com or use the contact section at the bottom of the homepage. We aim to answer all queries within 24hrs.

Do you delivery to the Rest of The World

Yes. We delivery world wide. We make and ship in 3 working days, and ship 1st class, trakced. For deliveries to Europe we allow 7-10 working days for delivery. Delivery to the rest of the world can be 2-3 weeks.

Can I send the gift box, straight to the recipient

Yes of course, our gift boxes are aimed at sending straight to your loved one. You can amend your chosen delivery address at chekcout. Or you can email at kraft52club@gmail.com or use the Contact page, to let us know your new address.

How can I get on touch?

Can I return my item?

Non personalised items - Orders received within the last 30 days, can be returned for a full refund. If you do not love your item, get in touch with us through our email kraft52club@gmail.com within 14 days and we will be happy to help. Im afraid we are unabel to cover postage. Personalised items- Due to the bespoke nature of a hand made, personalised item, they are non refundable

There is a problem with my order?

We love what we do, adn work hard to make sure every item is perfect when it leaves us, but in in the unforceen circumstance there is a error with your order, please get in touh and we can exhange or refund.
